Production Supervisors - 2nd Shift (Kitchen & Packaging Depts.)

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year  

HOURS: 2nd SHIFT - Mon. - Fri. 3:00pm until finished as daily schedule requires. Some Saturdays required. 

Located in Cohoes NY, Bilinski’s Sausage Mfg Co. (a leader in producing high-quality, all-natural sausages) is seeking skilled Production Supervisors to oversee our 2nd-Shift Operation.  One for our Kitchen Department and one for our Packagaing Dept. If you are passionate about food production, ensuring quality, and leading a team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the team in the production area; fill in for key positions on the line if needed.
• Supervise and coordinate daily production and packaging operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Inventory) to plan proactively and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading teams as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health & safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification (e.g., HACCP) and education is a plus.
• Billingual encouraged
