Building Maintenance Technician

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is looking for an experienced facility maintence assistant to join out team! 

Job dutied include but are not limited to:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks such as greasing, oiling,
  adjustments/tightening
• Complete basic repairs and troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions under the guidance of
  senior maintenance staff, utilize hand and power tools as needed.
• Conduct facility maintenance and improvement tasks and projects, such as maintaining light
  fixtures, fixing/updating plumbing, painting, caulking and light carpentry.
• Conduct tests and calibrations as needed to maintain equipment such as boiler and HVAC
  systems.
• Perform general cleaning, and upkeep tasks to ensure a clean and organized facility.
•  Work with plant mechanic and outside technicians as needed to address equipment
  breakdowns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in facilities maintenance is a
  plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills through on-the-job training.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general facilities
  maintenance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Pay is starting at $20.00/hr. The hours are Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with overtime as required.
