Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year  
HOURS: Mon. - Fri. (3pm to 11pm) with weekends off. 
Located in Cohoes NY, Bilinski’s Sausage Mfg Co. (a leader in producing high-quality, all-natural sausages) is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our 1st Shift packing operations. Responsibilities:

Work alongside the team in the production area; fill in for key positions on the line if needed.
Supervise and coordinate daily production and packaging operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Inventory) to plan proactively and address any issues promptly.
Ensure efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:

Proven experience leading teams as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health & safety standards.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification (e.g., HACCP) and education is a plus.

Packer Associate - Full Time

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking Packer Associates who are experienced with food manufacturing at our Cohoes, NY facility.
Our positions are hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment. To be successful, a candidate must be able to:

Stand for the work day
Work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.)
Lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance throughout the day.
Complete hand and wrist motions
Have a high-level of proficiency with iPads and Computer Terminals
Work at a consistent and acceptable work pace
Billingual encouraged
Pay is weekly, starting at $18.00 per hour 
HOURS: Mon. - Fri. weekly with weekends off. Day Shifts are flexible with mandatory overtime as the daily schedule requires.

Position Overview
Smokehouse Operator - Immediately Hiring!!
Rate: $22 per hour 
HOURS: Mon. - Fri. weekly with weekends off.  Day Shifts are flexible with mandatory overtime as the daily schedule requires.
Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking a Smokehouse Operator or our fully cooked chicken sausage manufacturing operation in Cohoes, NY
Requirements include but are not limited to:

Rolling large carts of hanging sausages (weighing ~500 lbs) into and out of our Kitchen & Processing Areas
Tracking and recording oven cook times and temperatures
Tracking and recording chill down time and temperatures
Rotating racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production lines
Coordinating with the room supervisor on the schedule for the day
Cleaning and inspecting the Kitchen and Smokehouse areas before and after daily production
Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions
Ability to fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as needed

Our positions are hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment. To be successful, a candidate must be able to:

Work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.)
