Position Overview
Smokehouse Operator - Immediately Hiring!!
Rate: $23 per hour (includes shift differential for Saturday work) going to $24/hr after 90 days (probationary period).
HOURS: 5 days/week including Saturday, with one weekday and Sundays off. Shifts start typically at 6:30am and run 8-10 hours, with mandatory overtime as the daily schedule requires.  *Must be available to work Saturdays. 
Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking a Smokehouse Operator or our fully cooked chicken sausage manufacturing operation in Cohoes, NY
Requirements include but are not limited to:

Rolling large carts of hanging sausages (weighing ~500 lbs) into and out of our Kitchen & Processing Areas
Tracking and recording oven cook times and temperatures
Tracking and recording chill down time and temperatures
Rotating racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production lines
Coordinating with the room supervisor on the schedule for the day
Cleaning and inspecting the Kitchen and Smokehouse areas before and after daily production
Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions
Ability to fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as needed

Job Description:  Sales Support Administrator


Location: Cohoes, NY
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with later hours (until ~6:00 PM) during peak order periods
Reports To: Customer Relationship Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Successful applicants in-person and must live or relocate within 30 miles of our Cohoes, NY location - this is not a remote work position.

Position Summary:
The Sales Support Administrator provides crucial administrative and operational assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping salespeople focus on revenue generation. Key responsibilities include processing orders, managing schedules, maintaining and tracking promotional schedules and maintaining sales records, while essential skills involve strong communication, organization, and proficiency in sales and office software.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing
Enter, review/validate, and process wholesale customer orders using Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel
Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, revisions, shipping details, and product availability
Track and analyze customer order patterns to identify trends, red flags, or inconsistencies
Collaborate with the production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
Report weekly sales performance metrics and insights to the sales and operations teams
Provide courteous, knowledgeable responses to consumer inquiries via phone and email 
Support occasional after-hours order processing remotely during peak demand periods

Maintain Sales Records
Maintain broker and other customer and sales agreement documents
Assist sales and accounting teams with customer deduction management and tracking process
Maintain log of consumer comments, questions, and complaints,and communicate with QA team
Maintain and update customer order and shipping requirements

Administrative Support
Assist the sales team by sending out samples to current and prospective customers as needed
Support the social media team by preparing influencer packages, sending leads, and sharing ideas to boost activity across platforms
Provide support for marketing projects as needed, including market research, competitor analysis, and brand development.
Assist sales team in setting up and tracking promotions for customer accounts and oversee all disputes to ensure completeness. 
Create and maintain all sales assets for the sales team 


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required


1–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or related role (preferably in food, CPG, or wholesale distribution)


Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Sage Intacct is a strong plus


Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional tone


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


Customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset


Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines


Comfortable working in a team environment and independently when needed

Production Associate - Full Time
Join our team at Bilinski’s Sausage Co., a leader in producing high-quality, all-natural sausages!
Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking Production Associates who are experienced with food manufacturing at our Cohoes, NY facility.
Positions are available in our Raw Processing area and include:

Meat Station Operator (weighing chicken and other ingredients and using a computer terminal and iPads to record lot and weight information).
Spice Station Operator ((weighing spices and other ingredients and using a computer terminal and iPads to record lot and weight information).
Mixer Station Operator (loading large rolling carts of ingredients into an industrial mixer and using a computer terminal and iPads to record lot and weight information).
Our positions are hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment. To be successful, a candidate must be able to:

Stand for the work day
Work in variable temperatures (cold, wet, humid, etc.)
Lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs. without assistance throughout the day.
Complete hand and wrist motions
Have a high-level of proficiency with iPads and Computer Terminals
Work at a consistent and acceptable work pace

Pay is weekly, starting at $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
